For account access requests, technical issues, or feedback, please reach out by email. We typically respond within one business day.
Requesting access
Access to SWTHZ Analytics is granted to approved Sweathouse franchise operators. To request access:
- Create an account in the iOS app or on the web.
- Email your Franchise Business Coach (FBC) to request approval.
- Once approved, sign back in — your dashboard will be available immediately.
Trouble signing in
- Forgot password — use "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email.
- "Pending approval" message — your account exists but has not yet been approved. Contact your FBC.
- Email not received — check your spam folder, then email us if it's still missing.
Data accuracy
All metrics in the app are pulled directly from Sweathouse's operational data warehouse and refresh throughout the day. If a number looks wrong, email us with the studio name and date so we can investigate.
